NIGHTLIFE IN ZURICH
Zurich is considered the liveliest and most happening city in all of Switzerland. The nightlife district of Zurich is the Niederdorf, which has reasonably priced hotels, lap dancing bars, and trendy bars which fill up to the rafters around the Marktgasse and Niederdorf strasse. From Thursday to Saturday night all the bars and restaurants are mobbed up until 4a.m. and there is a great selection of clubs in this area. Zurich also has its top class orchestra, its own opera company and the great theatre. There is a weekly newspaper in English and German called the Zurich News which will fill you in on what is happening in Zurich’s nightlife for the coming few days, etc. The famous Opera House in Zurich was built at the end of the 19th
century and has a lot of drama and musical events.
